Hiring rate for management students across India 2014-2020
The rate of hiring amongst management or equivalent degree graduates across India stood at 17 percent in 2020, compared to 22 percent in 2014. Overall, the hiring rate in business management or related degrees was observed to have declined considerably in the past six years. One of the reasons for this decline was the disproportionate number of students opting to pursue management programs against the limited job openings in the field.
