Availability of employable talent India 2014-2022
The share of employable talent across India stood was projected to be a little over 46 percent in 2022. This was a slight increase compared to the previous year when the employability share was just under 46 percent. Even then, with less than half of the talent pool in the country deemed fit for employment, the country's education and job sector did not reflect a positive outlook.
