Vegetables cultivation area treated with fertilizer by type India 2012
During the fiscal year 2012, chemical fertilizer were the most used variety when it came to the cultivation of vegetables in India, accounting for approximately 2.8 million hectares. About four million hectares of gross cropped area was used for vegetable cultivation that year.
