Most important procurement aspects in manufacturing and non-manufacturing 2018
According to a survey conducted in summer 2018, the leading aspect of companies operating in the manufacturing industry was the design development, material procurement and production of goods. Compared to the production related aspects of the manufacturing industry, over 42 percent of non-manufacturing enterprises named the procurement of quality controlled and quality assured goods and services the most important purchase and procurement criteria.
