Volume of seaborne cargo from Sweden shipped to foreign countries 2018, by commodity
In 2018, the volume of loaded seaborne cargo from Sweden shipped to other countries amounted to approximately 67.2 million metric tons. During this period, carbon and refined petroleum products accounted for the highest share of loaded goods, amounting to roughly 17.8 million metric tons. Moreover, nearly eight million metric tons of wood and other wooden/paper goods, as well as 6.4 million metric tons of ore and similar products were handled that year.
