Pôle emploi staff victim of the aggressiveness of visitors in France 2012-2015
Do visitors to Pôle Emploi get angry sometimes? In a study between 2012 and 2015, it appears that the majority of the staff of the French employment agency declared that they already experienced aggressiveness from one of their visitors. However, this trend seems to be decreasing since 2013. That year, 70 percent of Pôle Emploi employees had encountered angry visitors, compared to 58 percent in 2015.
