Leading destinations for maritime transport from the United Kingdom 2018
The European Union was the leading destination for maritime transport from the United Kingdom in 2018. The EU received some 86.8 million tonnes of goods via seaborne trade with the UK. Other European countries, as well as those in North African countries had welcomed a combined 7.6 million tonnes of freight into their ports.
