France: wind energy jobs by sector 2022

In 2022, the number of jobs in the wind energy industry in France amounted to 28,266, up from 10,840 in 2013. Around one-third of these jobs were in the studies and development sector, which accounted for the largest workforce in the wind power sector in the country since 2013. Engineering and construction followed, with approximately 7,500 employees.
