Australia: child care service NQS ratings by provider management type 2020

In 2020, 55 percent of child care services managed by the state/territory or local government in Australia were exceeding the National Quality Standards (NQS) in child care. At the same time government managed services had the lowest proportion of services that were rated as 'working towards the NQS' with the highest being private and for profit services.
