Share of commercial property sales in New Zealand H1 2021, by vendor purpose type
In the first half of 2021, vendors who were investors accounted for almost 85 percent of the commercial property sales in New Zealand. In the same period, owner occupier vendors represented just approximately 8.6 percent of the sales volume.
