Leading Latin America city destinations 2023, by traveler ratings

The survey was conducted among Travel + Leisure readers. Cities were rated by respondents based on sights, landmarks, culture, food, friendliness, shopping, and value. The rating scale for each characteristic was: excellent, above average, average, below average, or poor. Responses were averaged to obtain the final scores.
Scores of Mexican cities were taken from this article.
