Insurance industry in Great Britain: consumer attitude 2021

According to a survey among approximately two thousand British adults, there were more people with an unfavorable attitude towards the insurance sector. As of September 16, 2021, approximately 15 percent of respondents expressed a positive opinion. By comparison, approximately 41 percent had a negative opinion of the industry. 36 percent were neutral.
