Freelancing concerns U.S. 2020

According to a 2020 survey, the leading concern of freelancers in the United States is an economic downturn in the next few years, with 72 percent of respondents stating they were either somewhat or very concerned. General savings closely followed, with 70 percent of respondents saying they were concerned about not being able to put enough money into savings.

Freelancers here are broadly understood as individuals who engage in supplemental, temporary, project - or contract-based work.
