Japan: importance COVID-19 countermeasure implementation for tourists by transport mode 2020

In a survey conducted in June 2020 targeting tourists who were considering visiting Japan, around 77 percent of respondents stated that COVID-19 countermeasure implementation on international flights was important to them. Responses by residents of Asian countries showed a higher degree of concern regarding COVID-19 countermeasures than for residents of Europe, the United States, and Australia.
