Management was the skill cluster with the highest job posting share in the oil, gas, and chemicals industry in the United States. In 2019, 13.68 percent of job ads were aimed towards management skills. Information technology advanced job postings increased by some 2.4 percent in 2019 compared to 2015, the highest increase rate of any skill cluster.
