Digital media and internet as teaching content in schools in Germany 2020
In a survey conducted in 2020 among pupils at secondary schools in Germany regarding the integration of different topics about digital media and internet into the teaching content, roughly 74 percent of respondents who were aged 14 to 19 years old stated that understanding legal foundations on the internet should be taught more intensely in school. According to the same survey, the using the internet for research purposes was taught at school to 88 percent of pupils.
