For 45 percent of respondents the access to high-speed internet connections in rural areas had improved by 2020 compared to ten years ago. However, when it comes to job opportunities in the rural areas, almost five out of ten Romanians surveyed for this study stated that they got worse in 2020 compared to 2010.
