U.S. adults awareness of smart home devices 2020

According to a survey conducted in 2020, 46 percent of respondents representing United States adults, have seen smart or connected home devices but have not personally used them. Interestingly enough, 16 percent of respondents are entirely unfamiliar with the concept of smart or connected home devices. Some popular examples of connected home devices include Amazon's Echo/Alexa, Nest's home systems, Google Home, and Samsung's smart fridges.
