In 2020, respondents expect growth in spend for Microsoft for 2021. This includes Microsoft SaaS software, its licensed software and Microsoft Azure. Especially when customers use both cloud and on-premises offerings (SAP, VMware, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM), they will need to strategically integrate these different vendors and solutions. Importantly, expendture on cloud- and SaaS-only vendors (AWS, Google, Salesforce) are also expected to increase in 2021.
