In 2021, 34 percent of respondents from the United States indicate that improving resilience and agility was a targeted business outcome, but only 18 percent of respondents indicate having realized substantial value in this regard. Overall, the average value realization gap between companies realizing substantial value from their investments in cloud and those seeking specific business outcomes stands at 53 percent.
