In anticipation of Ramadan in 2021, 55.3 percent of respondents from the Middle East and North Africa stated that they value their personal healthcare during this month. At the same time 52 percent of respondents from the region were planning on working out frequently in Ramadan.
This year, Ramadan is expected to start by April 13th and end on May 12th with the three day festival of Eid-ul-Fitr.
