Egyptian football club winners in the Egyptian Premier League (EPL), by total wins

As of the football season 2019/2020, El Ahly SC was the most decorated Egyptian club, with a total of 42 Egyptian Premier League (EPL) titles. The football club in El Ahly was the team winning the highest number of records (nine titles) in the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Champions League. Moreover, Zamalek SC, El Ahly's fiercest rival, followed with 12 local titles, while Ismaily came third with three titles. Furthermore, four other teams managed to win the EPL, namely El Mokawloon SC, Ghazl Mahalla, Olympic Alexandria, and Tersana FC.
