Satisfaction with telehealth experience U.S. 2020-2021, by age

Since the COVID-19 pandemic struck, the majority of American adults across all age groups who had a telehealth experience were satisfied with the care they received. According to a survey carried out between March 2020 and January 2021, 34 percent of those aged over 65 years of age were satisfied with the telehealth care, while 44 percent were very satisfied.
