Between October and November of 2020, restaurant-goers primarily from the United States were asked about potential areas in which fast food brands could improve. The majority of respondents, 64.4 percent, stated that healthier ingredients and food items were one area in which fast food brands could improve. Meanwhile, the second most highly chosen area for improvement, according to respondents, was fair wages for fast food restaurant workers.
