Brazil has the largest renewable water resources worldwide, at an estimated 8,647 billion cubic meters. Russia is estimated to have the second-largest resources in the world, at 4,525 billion cubic meters. On a per capita basis, Brazil holds roughly 41,000 cubic meters of renewable water resources per inhabitant.
