Opinion on provision of universal minimum social security in India 2021
According to a 2021 survey conducted by the Fight Inequality Alliance in India, 95 percent of respondents agreed that the Indian government should provide all unorganized workers with universal minimum social security benefits. At the time of the survey, over 90 percent of the Indian workforce was made up of unorganized workers.
