As of 2020, over 91 percent of practicing physicians in the United States specializing in nephrology had telehealth functionality, the highest share across all specialties. Nephrology is focused on kidneys and the function of the organ. Furthermore, approximately 90 percent of practices specialized in neurology had telehealth technology.
