Information patients would want to access in EHRs in the U.S. 2020

According to a survey carried out in the United States in 2020, 89 percent of respondents wanted access to laboratory test results through electronic health records (EHRs). Furthermore information relating to medical conditions, medications, and treatment plans were all ranked high as things patients would want access to. The COVID-19 pandemic has also highlighted the importance of patient access to some of this information as 87 percent of respondents wanted access to their immunization history.
