Obstacles of using e-wallets Vietnam 2021
According to a survey on e-wallet usage in Vietnam in 2021 by Decision Lab, the leading obstacle for using e-wallets was that the point collection scheme of these payment apps was not attractive enough, as agreed by 57 percent of the respondents. Meanwhile, around half of them considered the number of functions they did not use another obstacle in using e-wallets.
