Share of transaction in industrial and logistics real estate India 2021, by size
In 2021, in the industrial and logistics real estate sector transaction between 20 to 50 thousand sq. ft. had the highest share of transaction at 29 percent of the total market. It was followed by transaction between 50 to 100 thousand sq. ft. at 27 percent. Industrial and logistics leasing activity grew from 20 million sq. ft. in 2020 to more than 28 million sq. ft. in 2021.
