Egypt: activities associated with Eid al-Fitr 2021

Based on a survey conducted in Egypt after Eid al-Fitr in 2021, 71 percent of the Egyptian respondents associated Eid al-Fitr with dressing in fine clothes. Further, 66 percent of the respondents connected Eid al-Fitr with activities of celebration. Only 14 percent of the respondents reported that Eid al-Fitr was associated with cooking at home for friends and family.
