Unemployment rate Netherlands 2008-2021, by education level
In 2021, the Netherlands experienced an unemployment rate of 4.2 percent. This was not spread out equally among the Dutch population, as citizens who achieved at most a low education level experienced an unemployment rate of 7.1 percent, significantly higher than the average unemployment rate experienced by individuals who achieved a high education level at 2.9 percent.
