Leading concerns about plastics Asia 2021, by country
In a survey conducted between August and September 2021, 25 percent of respondents from South Asian countries stated that their biggest concern regarding plastics was their effect on the ocean and marine life. India and Bangladesh were among the Asia-Pacific countries with the biggest contribution to global ocean plastic waste in 2019.
