Preferred purchasing channels of insurance Singapore 2020-2021
According to the customer satisfaction index of Singapore in 2021, 64.8 percent of the respondents preferred to purchase their insurance from non-digital channels, declining from 72 percent in 2020. The preference to purchase similar policies from digital channels rose from 28 percent to 35.2 percent.
