As of November 2022, the emerging IT security technology implemented the most by companies worldwide was zero trust network access (ZTNA). Moreover, 40.3 percent of respondents stated that their company was currently in the process of implementing secure access service edge (SASE), while 18.6 percent of respondents were preparing to implement an extended detection and response (XDR) system.
