Gas prices for household customers in Germany 2012-2022
In 2022, household customers in Germany under a default contract paid 9.51 euro cents per kilowatt hour for gas. This was an increase compared to the previous year. Customers with a contract from a supplier other than a local one paid 10.95 euro cents per kilowatt hour in 2021.
