Internet affordability: mobile affordability (50%), fixed (broadband) affordability (50%).
Internet quality: mobile speed (20%), fixed (broadband) internet speed (20%), mobile stability (15%), fixed (broadband) stability (15%), mobile speed growth (15%), fixed (broadband) stability (15%),
E-Infrastructure: internet usage (50%), network readiness (50%).
E-Security: cybersecurity (50%). data protection (50%).
E-government: online services (50%), AI readiness (50%).
