Pork production Indonesia 2021, by province
In 2021, the pork meat production in Bali, Indonesia amounted to 201.4 thousand metric tons. Bali produced more than 60 percent of Indonesia's pork production in that year. Pork meat is widely consumed in Eastern Indonesia such as Bali and East Nusa Tenggara in Indonesia, where Indonesian non-Muslims mainly reside. However, as the majority of Indonesian consumers are Muslim, beef and chicken are the most common meat proteins in Indonesia.
