In 2022, the average length of sick leave taken by people in Germany due to mental health problems was almost 37 days. This was a slight decrease compared to the year before. The amount of sick leave taken by men and women was roughly the same each year.

The entire database includes around 2.4 million members of DAK-Gesundheit.
