Top workplace mental wellness resources SEA 2023
According to a 2023 mental health survey conducted among Southeast Asian countries, 53 percent of employees in the region preferred flexible arrangements as the top resource to enhance mental wellness. In contrast, 14 percent of respondents preferred talks and workshops for the same purpose.
