Spain: Extremadura regional elections results 2023

The May 28 regional election in Extremadura saw the Partido Socialista Obrero Español (PSOE) lose its parliamentary majority by losing nearly 7 percent of the votes it won in 2019. The Partido Popular (PP) was the party that grew the most as its vote grew by more than 11 percent. In the opposite direction, the Ciudadanos party lost more than 10 percent of its votes, losing all of its parliamentary seats.
