Annual change of standard commercial land prices in Japan 2014-2023, by region
In 2023, average standard commercial land prices in Japan grew by nine percent in the four regional cities of Sapporo, Sendai, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka. Average standard commercial land prices grew by 1.5 percent nationwide. The standard land price survey is an assessment of land prices as of July 1 each year conducted by prefectural governments.
