Options to migrate to cloud in Italy 2023

As of 2023, about 42 percent of the surveyed local public administration units in Italy claimed to have considered Replatforming (per SaaS) as an option for application migration into the cloud, making it the most popular option among the respondents. Rehosting or Lift-and-Shift (per IaaS) and Refactoring or rearchitecting (per PaaS) follow, stated by about 30 and 28 percent of the respondents, respectively.
