South Korea: Seoul infrastructure satisfaction level 2023

According to a worldwide survey covering smart city capabilities in 2023, over 75 percent of respondents in Seoul answered that they were satisfied with the medical services available in the city. This gave the provision of medical services the highest share of satisfaction among the indicators measured for existing infrastructure in the capital that year.

The final score is calculated through weighted survey scores for each city for the last three years and are further categorized based on the Global Data Lab's Human Development Index (HDI) indicators.
