A 2023 survey explored the importance of wellness options such as holistic treatments and mindfulness classes to customers at spas in the United Kingdom. Just over four percent of respondents stated that they would not book a spa unless there were wellness options. Meanwhile, around 15 percent of respondents were not at all interested in wellness services.
