Y-o-y change in the investment in commercial property construction Mexico 2004-2022
In 2022, the annual change in investment in the Mexican non-residential real estate construction increased by 6.2 percent in comparison to a year earlier. During the onset of the coronavirus in 2020, the commercial sector in this Latin American country experienced a negative change in investment of over 18 percent.
