VMED O2: mobile revenues 2012-2021

Virgin Media O2 earned 3514 million British pounds in mobile revenues between June and December2021, following the merger of Virgin Media and O2 in June 2021. Before the merger, Virgin Media's mobile subscription revenues in the United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland had decreased, falling from 479.9 million British pounds (GBP) in 2014 to 360.4 million British pounds in 2020.

* On 1 June 2021, Liberty Global and Telefonica entered into a joint venture to form Virgin Media O2 UK Holdings Limited (VMED O2), formerly Virgin Media Ltd. and O2 Holdings Ltd. The 2021 annual report and financial statements therefore reflect the seven-month period from the formation of VMED O2 on 1 June 2021 through to 31 December 2021.

The Statement of Comprehensive Income and Balance Sheet data for the years ended December 31, 2008 and 2009 have been adjusted for the disposals of Virgin Media TV and sit-up as described in the notes to our consolidated financial statements in the 2011 Annual Report.
