Best upper extended stay hotel brands

The average customer satisfaction score for extended stay hotel brands stood at 785, while the average score for upper extended stay hotel brands was roughly 75 points higher. Staybridge Suites, Hyatt House, and Residence Inn were some of the highest-rated upper extended stay hotel brands in 2018.

Candlewood Suites hotels

Candlewood Suites, which ranked third in the best-rated extended stay hotel brands of North America, is a hotel chain owned by the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). The company was founded in 1995 and accounted for about 400 hotels and some 37 thousand hotel rooms worldwide in 2018. In 2017, as well as 2018, Candlewood Suites hotels generated approximately 800 million U.S. dollars in gross revenue.
