UK military and civilian fatalities in Afghanistan 2001 to 2019

This statistic shows the number of UK military and civilian men and women who were killed in Afghanistan under Operation Herrick, from October 2001 to February 2015. The majority of those killed died in 2009 and 2010. Since 2010, fatality numbers have dropped substantially.
