The total supply of office space with more than 500 square meters of lettable floor area in Amsterdam from 2012 to 2020 (in square meters) varied. In 2020, approximately 715,000 square meters of lettable floor area was available in the region of Amsterdam. The performance of the European office real estate market is strongly connected to the development of its domestic economies. As the economy of the European Union has shown signs of recovery, more and more companies showed their readiness to pay the right price for a new office building.
